About Brightspoke
Imagine the world's best bicycle shop: always open, carrying every make and model imaginable, staffed with knowledgeable staff willing to take the time to learn which bike is right for you (rather than just steering you toward whatever they happen to have in stock) and happy to explain in plain terms what makes one bike different from the next.
Brightspoke was created by an everyday cyclist frustrated by how difficult it is to find clear, complete, reliable and practical information about bicycles.
We believe that more people would ride bikes if the process of selecting, purchasing and starting to use one wasn't so intimidating. We believe the world would be a better place if more people rode bikes more often. We think we can help by being that perfect bike shop.
